Agreements
Once an agreement has been reached on the space you wish to book, Two Point O Collective will draw up an Advertiser Agreement to be signed by each party. Advertiser Agreements are of either 1, 3, or 5 years duration, although consideration can be given for exceptional circumstances.
Security Deposit
A two-month, fully refundable security deposit is required for all Advertiser Agreements. The security deposit or payment in full is due at the time of signing the Advertiser Agreement and prior to the installation of any graphics. For the quickest processing, please provide your security deposit or payment in full along with your Advertiser Agreement submission.
Payments
Payments are due on the first day of each month without demand.
Responsibilities
The Advertiser is responsible for the creative development and production of all graphics. Two Point O Collective provides the space for all graphics, as well as the installation and maintenance of all graphics (exceptions noted). All non- standard installations are subject to measurement by the client and are the sole responsibility of the client.
Advertising Concept Approval
All advertising must be approved by Skyport before placement, which requires a minimum of 5 days to process. Prior to final production of any advertising material, please send your advertising concept or storyboard to Two Point O Collective via email for approval. Two Point O Collective will not be responsible for revisions and amendments to the advertising concept as required by Skyport.
Full guidelines are given in the Advertiser Agreement. At minimum, advertisements must not:
be obscene or indecent, or promote hatred, bigotry, violence or intolerance, be offensive to the moral standards of the community, false, misleading, or deceptive, or which in any way reflects negatively on the character, integrity or standing of any individual, firm, or corporation
be used for political advertising
Production, Installation & Removal of Display Materials
The Advertiser is responsible for the cost of installation and removal of TFD fabrics. The Advertiser must provide the advertising campaign artwork (according to the given specifications) to Two Point O Collective at least 15 days prior to installation. Two Point O Collective will coordinate the installation and removal of these items with a professional sign company approved by Skyport. The expense of installation and removal is established between Two Point O Collective and the sign company, and will be billed to the Advertiser accordingly.
We strongly recommend that your timetable for any airport advertising campaign allows for, at least, 5 days to obtain Skyport approval plus 15 days to provide all campaign artwork to Two Point O Collective for print production (TFDs) and installation.
Return of Display Materials
At least three days prior to the end of the contract, the Advertiser must notify Two Point O Collective of the request to return advertising materials. Two Point O Collective will remove all materials as noted above, and Advertiser must pay for all delivery costs associated with the return of materials.
